Went to see the museum just as two school trips arrived. Whilst not very set up for English visitors the lady working there was fantastic. She did her very best to explain everything in her very best English. The displays are based on local findings and are very interesting. Well worth a visit, made all the better by the wonderful staff.

(Translated by Google) I visited the museum last Sunday with my seven year old son: the exhibition takes place on two levels and, specifically, upstairs you can appreciate the reproductions of humans from Lucy up to the Bronze Age with well-kept settings and accompanied by tools and weapons and jewels from the various eras found right in the areas surrounding the Museum; downstairs you can observe the animals of the time, some real others reproduced in a rather realistic way. A small niche with a skeleton and funeral items follows. Overall we appreciated it and also the cost of tickets is not to be underestimated: free children up to 13 years and adults 4.60 ... more with these tickets you can access the nearby dinosaur park with a discount.

(Translated by Google) I discovered this museum with great pleasure. Very well articulated, the guide was very kind and explained everything to us very thoroughly and pleasantly for the children who had studied the various eras and the evolution of man at school. Activities are reduced for the covid but would do a lot of activities for groups and schoolchildren. We went on the first day of reopening after the summer and everything was well looked after. Very interesting because all the finds are from the territory. Convenient to parking. I recommend visiting the Dinosaurs park in flesh and blood together, which has an agreement and is within walking distance.
